Job Description

• Overseeing and manage Refriango' s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, cloud services, and SAP functional support for the Industrial business. • Ensure end-user computing support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. • Develop, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. • Respond to system failures and ensure business continuity through recovery strategies. • Lead IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and SAP Implementations • Ensure IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, including data privacy and security standards. • Maintain detailed documentation on IT systems, procedures, and processes.
