•Oversee e-commerce Platforms for uptime, speed, and user experience. •Coordinate cross-functional operations(inventory, logistics, customer support). •Analyze sales data and metrics to identify growth opportunities. •Lead digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversions. •Mentor and manage a high-performing e-commerce team. •Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices. •Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive edge

Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Experience Level
•8-1O+yearsIn e-commerce operations(Quick Commerce/Online Retail preferred). •Expertise in logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. •Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and data analytics tools. •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Must be an Indian national residing in India (prior international exposure is a plus). •Indian professionals with a proven track record in retail/e-commerce, ready to relocate and drive innovation in Congo.
