IT Executive

Job Description

•Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, networking equipment, and Internet systems. •Experience in SAP system support preferred. •Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices. •Manage internet, LAN/Wi-Fi setups, and resolve connectivity issues. •Handle data backup, antivirus, and IT security protocols. •Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. •Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. •Ability to work independently and manage IT operations for multiple locations.
