Shift Supervisor - Film Extrusion

Job Description

•Supervise multilayer film extrusion processes. •In-depth knowledge of different polymers used in film production (e.g., LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PET) and their properties. •Meet production targets while minimizing downtime and waste •Monitor quality standards and coordinate with maintenance & QC teams •Lead and support shift operators and helpers •Maintain records and ensure safety and plant discipline •Strong understanding of extrusion parameters and troubleshooting •Excellent team leadership and communication skills •Willingness to work rotational Shifts
