•Head the entire Maintenance Department. •Ensure maximum equipment uptime. •Lead preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting. •Manage workshop& Fabrication operations. •Drive execution of new projects. •Oversee motor repair & tool room work.

•Minimum1OYears in maintenance roles within the flexible packaging I plastics industry. •Strong technical background and hands on experience in film extrusion(monolayer & multilayer),printing machines (Rotogravure, Roto & Flexo), Workshop Management and PE recycling plants/systems.
