Injection Molding Mold Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
•Prioritize and manage mold maintenance tasks to optimize plant performance. •Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and operational mold issues •Plan and execute quick mold changes as required. •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on running and non-running molds. •Maintain high production quality through accurate mold adjustments. •Conduct daily mold Cleanings and keep detailed maintenance logs. •Support safety and team Development through training and supervision.

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma in Plastic Mold Technology from CIPET/NTTF
Experience Level
•2-3yearsin Plastic injection mold maintenance and mold change procedures preferred. •Hands-on experience with workshop machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) •Proficiency in using measuring instruments like callipers and gauges. •Good knowledge of injection molding machines.
