Maintenance Engineer-Injection Molding Machines
Job Description
•Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Husky HPP &HyPET series injection molding machines. •Diagnose & repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems. Preventive & corrective maintenance planning. •Mold maintenance & setup, Ensure machine uptime and support production targets. •Support installation and commissioning of new machines. •Document and log maintenance activities.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Level
•Minimum 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Husky injection molding machines. •Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting. •Experience with ASB Injection Molding and SACMI Compression Molding machines. •Basic understanding of PLC and automation systems. •Key Skills: Strong hands-on troubleshooting, Excellent teamwork and communication, Proficiency in preparing reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
