•Oversee injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming & blow molding operations. •Lead business strategy and manage divisional P&L. •Drive new product development and market expansion. •Implement Lean/Six Sigma for operational efficiency. •Foster a high-performance, safety-focused team culture. •Ensure quality, compliance & supply chain optimization.
Education & Experience
Education
B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/Polymer Engineering; MBA preferred.
Experience Level
•15+ years in Plastic Manufacturing or a related industry. •Deep technical knowledge in plastic manufacturing processes. •Proven leadership in managing large teams and operations. •Strong financial acumen and Strategic thinking. •Track record of driving Innovation and market growth. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
