Job Description

•Manage & track international import shipments end-to-end. •Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders & shipping lines for timely dispatch. •Oversee pre-shipment inspections (BIVAC) and ensure proper documentation. •Liaise with clearing agents & port authorities for smooth customs clearance. •Ensure compliance with Inco terms & African import regulations. •Liaise with clearing agents & port authorities for smooth customs clearance. •Ensure compliance with Inco terms & African import regulations. •Optimize freight costs and minimize demurrage/detention charges. •Prepare and update shipment tracking reports & dashboards. •Support finance with landed cost, tax, and duty verifications
