Job Description
•Develop/ implement supply chain strategies (demand forecasting, inventory planning). •Oversee Congo-based transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks. •Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service excellence. •Analyze KP is to identify co saving opportunities and drive process improvements. •Lead a multicultural team and ensure compliance with international regulations. •This role is based in Congo and open only to Indian nationals currently residing in India. Prior International experience is a plus but not mandatory. •Indian professionals with a proven track record in retail/e-commerce Logistics, ready to relocate and drive excellence in Congo.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
Experience Level
•8-10+years in logistics/warehouse operations (retail/Quick commerce preferred). •Expertise in vendor management, data analysis, and Global supply chain optimization. •Strong leadership, Cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills. •Must be an Indian national residing in India (prior international exposure is advantageous).
