•Design and execute the strategic vision for the cold chain business •Set up cold storage infrastructure and reefer transportation systems •Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams •Drive business development and forge key partnerships •Ensure full regulatory compliance and sustainability practices •Report directly to the Board and manage P&L accountability
