Job Description

•Operate & optimize PE washing and extrusion lines •Troubleshoot & maintain machines (Acertech, KBM, NGR, Boretech, GENIUS, Plasmac, etc.) •Lead a team of technicians and drive efficiency •Ensure quality output and safety compliance •Collaborate on process improvement

Education & Experience

Education

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Bonus If You Have: Exposure to Lean/TPM/5S Worked in dynamic, high-volume environments.

Experience Level

5-7 years' experience in PE recycling operations. Strong mechanical skills; PLC & automation knowledge is a plus. Experience with top machinery from China, Taiwan, or Europe. Team leadership & production management experience.
