General Manager (Edible Oil Refinery)
Job Description
•Oversee complete operations of the edible oil refinery •Ensure high-quality output aligned with food and safety standards •Develop and manage operational budgets and profitability analysis •Identify and drive growth opportunities •Supervise raw material sourcing, inventory, and logistics •Ensure legal and compliance reporting across departments •Lead and manage teams across functions to maintain efficiency and standards
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related field. Nationality: Open to all nationalities. Immediate or with notice period
Experience Level
•10-15 years of experience in the edible oil sector. Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role •Strong knowledge of ERP and production management software •Experience in operational leadership, quality control, and food safety compliance •Familiarity with labor laws and team development.
