Job Description
Manage plant operations, workflow, production planning, and preventive maintenance schedules Oversee PVC plant operations including: Extrusion Division: Pipes, trucking's, conduits, profiles Compounding Division: PVC granules, cable compounds, pipe-grade compounds Molding Division: Boxes, junctions, tees, couplers, consumer units, and other molded items Monitor raw material usage and ensure machine efficiency Apply chemical/process engineering knowledge to improve formulations and quality Develop new formulations based on client/market need

8+ years in PVC manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/plant head role
Additional Information
Urgent requirement for East Africa location; role involves both operational management and product development in PVC manufacturing.
