Senior Manager / AGM – Operations
Job Description
• Lead daily drilling operations (RC, core, blast-hole) across multiple sites • Improve crew productivity, discipline, and reduce downtime • Manage budgets, logistics, P&L, and cost control • Implement KPI reporting, rosters, and HSE compliance • Build client relationships, ensure service quality • Mentor site managers/supervisors, manage manpower scheduling • Support mobilization, tenders, and long-term project scale-up •Defined career path to DGM / GM – Operations •Opportunity to work with global mining clients on high-impact projects

Education & Experience
Education
Degree/Diploma in Mining, Drilling, or Mechanical Engineering (PMP preferred)
Experience Level
12–18 years in drilling operations (with 5+ years in senior management)
Additional Information
• Fluent English required (French/Swahili highly desirable) • Hands-on multi-site experience in African mining (DRC/Zambia/Tanzania) preferred • Age range: 35–50 years • Strong technical knowledge of rigs, equipment, consumables, reporting systems
