Job Description

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Work with chefs to create and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends. • Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff at all levels. • Order supplies, manage stock levels, and minimize waste. • Address and resolve issues related to staff, customers, or operations.
