Mine Supervisor / Foreman (Small-Scale Copper Mine)

Job Description

• Organize and lead machine operators and workers in the field. • Give clear instructions on where and how to dig. • Check ore quality and separate ore from waste. • Supervise mixing of ore to reach 3% copper grade. • Record daily production and prepare ore for delivery to the smelter. • Ensure safe and efficient work on site. Requirements: • Previous mining experience (copper or other minerals). • Ability to supervise and give clear instructions. • Knowledge of ore quality control and separation. • Reliable, honest, and safety-conscious. • Stable work in a growing mining project.
