Job Description
• Drive production efficiency, quality, and process improvements • Lead technical troubleshooting, mould/tooling maintenance, and machine optimization • Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and inventory planning • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver operational success • Strong knowledge of injection / blow moulding processes and plant management • Proven track record of improving productivity, efficiency, and workforce performance
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Plastics Engineering
Experience Level
• 10–15 years in plastic moulding operations • 5+ years in leadership roles
