Job Description

• Lead production operations across multiple asphalt plants including mix production, crushing operations, and logistics to ensure operational excellence and consistent quality. • Set performance standards and KPIs, analyze output metrics, and spearhead continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. • Implement process improvements using production data to streamline workflows and enhance reliability. • Manage budgeting and financial planning for plant operations, including cost control, capital expenditures, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
