PE Washing & Extrusion Pelletizing Engineer
Job Description
• Operate and maintain PE recycling machinery • Convert PE waste into recycled pellets using advanced extrusion technologies • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues • Manage a small team of technicians/operators • Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs Skills Required: • Strong preference for candidates with experience on machines from AcertTech, KBM, NGR, Boretech, Gamma Meccanica, GENIUS, POLY-STAR, Plasmac (EREMA) • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication • Good verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage a team
Education & Experience
Education
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Experience Level
• 5–12 years of relevant experience operating and maintaining PE recycling machinery • Proven hands-on experience with AcertTech, KBM, NGR, Boretech (China), Gamma Meccanica, GENIUS Machinery, POLY-STAR Machinery (Taiwan), Plasmac (EREMA) • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and understanding of PE material behavior
