• Lead lodge operations in remote, high-volume luxury safari environments • Provide senior management oversight (GM/Resident Manager level) • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational standards • Utilize business and hospitality knowledge to drive lodge success

Education & Experience

Education

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business (preferred)

Experience Level

5–7 years in senior lodge or resort management (GM/Resident Manager) with proven leadership in remote, high-volume luxury safari operations

Additional Information

Fluent English essential; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
