Pastry Chef (French Speaker)
Job Description
• Prepare and manage pastry production for a luxury resort. • Ensure adherence to international hospitality and hygiene standards. • Lead pastry kitchen operations, managing tools and resources effectively. • Train and supervise team members for efficiency and quality. • Experience in international 4*/5* hotels as a Pastry Chef. • Good knowledge of pastry kitchen tools and computer proficiency. • Strong leadership skills. • French-speaking nationality (mandatory). • Previous experience in Africa is an added advantage. • Visa and air tickets provided by the hotel. • 30 days paid annual vacation. • Yearly plane ticket (Guinea–Home Country–Guinea). • Health insurance.
