Job Description

• Enhance production processes & implement efficiency improvements • Drive preventive maintenance programs & reduce breakdowns • Manage stock flow, spares, and cost controls • Lead & mentor manufacturing teams for operational excellence • Collaborate with sales & leadership to align production with forecasts • Proven experience in Production / Factory Management • Strong background in paper/stationery manufacturing • Lineomatic machine expertise preferred • 8–15 years of production management experience

8–15 years in production management, with strong background in paper, notebook, or stationery manufacturing. Lineomatic machine experience highly desirable.
