• Manage production operations with focus on efficiency and waste reduction • Lead and motivate teams for operational excellence • Ensure compliance with production standards and safety protocols • Experience with LineO-Matic machinery (highly desirable) • Strong leadership, Excel & supply chain management skills • Ability to work night shifts when required
