General Manager – Gold Plant Operations
Job Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations of gold plant and mining projects. • Manage underground and open-cast mining operations. • Provide leadership in mine/tunnel design and open-cast design. • Drive production efficiency, cost control, and safety standards. • Mentor and lead large multidisciplinary teams in mining and metallurgy. • Proven track record in mining operations leadership. • Strong background in mine/tunnel design and open-cast mining. • Hands-on experience in plant operations and metallurgy.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mining Engineering / Metallurgy or related discipline. 1st Class Mining Certificate (Mandatory)
Experience Level
15–20 years in mining and metallurgy (with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role)
