Job Description

• Lead and manage the technical team. • Coordinate service operations and resolve client service-related issues. • Troubleshoot IT problems across hardware and software systems. • Coordinate deliveries with logistics teams. • Strong knowledge of IT hardware: printers, servers, desktops, laptops, and other electronic devices. • Manage installation, setup, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. • Street-smart, adaptable team member; preferably Hindu.
