• Handle and supervise the technical team. • Coordinate service operations and resolve client service issues. • Troubleshoot IT problems across systems and devices. • Oversee delivery coordination with logistics teams. • Strong knowledge of IT hardware (printers, servers, desktops, laptops, and electronic devices). • Manage installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure. • Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
