Operations Manager (GM Operations – Expat)
Job Description
• Manage complete factory operations for smooth production and efficiency. • Handle raw material inflow and outflow, ensuring timely availability and optimal usage. • Conduct input-output analysis and monitor production for cost control and productivity. • Develop and implement raw materials planning and inventory management systems. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. • Lead, motivate, and effectively manage a diverse workforce. • Provide expertise in factory operations, supply chain, and production analysis.
Education & Experience
Education
Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience Level
Minimum 10 years in operations management, preferably in FMCG / food manufacturing
