• Lead refinery, SEP, and packing operations with full P&L responsibility • Optimize processes, boost yield, and minimize downtime • Ensure HACCP / ISO / Food Safety compliance • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams toward operational excellence • Proven expertise in end-to-end packing operations • Strong background in automation, process optimization, and cost control • Results-driven mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
