Job Description

• Plan the production and order schedule in conjunction with the Factory Manager to minimize downtime. • Coordinate and direct production and maintenance activities during autonomous downtime, production, and job changeovers. • Review spare parts requirements submitted by the maintenance supervisor and prepare a spare parts list for submission to the Factory Manager. • Review maintenance schedules submitted by maintenance supervisors, prepare a final schedule for the Factory, and coordinate implementation. • Identify training needs of immediate subordinates and organize or recommend appropriate training for the team.
