Job Description
• Deliver high-performance drilling and workover operations • Manage land rigs, workover rigs, and multi-rig operations • Ensure compliance with Nigerian oil & gas regulations, HSE, and local content policies • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for rig services operations • Drive startup/scale-up environments towards operational success
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
Experience Level
Minimum 15 years in oilfield services, with at least 7 years in executive leadership; proven experience managing land rigs, workover rigs, and multi-rig operations; strong understanding of Nigerian oil & gas regulations, market dynamics, and local content policies; demonstrated success in startup or scale-up environments
