Legal Executive – Contracting & Procurement (Projects)

Job Description

• Drafting & vetting of EPC contracts, RFQs, and Tenders • Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management & Procurement • Deep understanding of PO, LOI, MOU, Term Sheets, ABG, PBG, POA, Indemnity Bonds, and Integrity Pacts • Strong contract negotiation skills • Familiarity with international contracting standards • Knowledge of policies and compliance frameworks
