Depot Operator, Reporting to: Depot Manager / General Manager
Job Description
• Safely operate loading and unloading equipment (pumps, valves, meters). • Conduct daily fuel transfers between storage tanks and vehicles. • Monitor fuel quality and perform basic quality control checks. • Carry out daily stock measurements and tank dipping. • Maintain accurate operational records and logbooks. • Support monthly stock audits and reconciliation processes. • Assist in calibration of meters and measurement devices. • Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment checks. • Ensure clean, organized, and contamination-free work areas. • Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards/incidents promptly. • Work collaboratively with team members under dual-control systems.

1. 1–3 years (Fuel/Depot/Operations background preferred) 1. Knowledge of fuel handling, stock management, and safety compliance. 2. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 3.
