10+ years in safari operations or DMC (Destination Management Company) management.

Experience Level

• Proven leadership experience in managing high-volume and complex safari logistics. • Strong financial and systems knowledge (Bluetrax, Excel). • Guest-focused, solutions-driven, and able to perform under pressure. • Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage.
