Job Description
• Lead the technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap • Drive adoption and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Exchange, OneDrive, etc.) • Oversee enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations • Deliver live streaming and digital engagement solutions to enhance broadcast quality and outreach • Partner with leadership to align IT with business goals and enable smarter decision-making • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience Level
7+ years of progressive IT leadership, including experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing enterprise systems. • Strong background in M365, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems • Proven success managing live streaming and digital platforms • Experience in fast-paced/start-up or restructuring environments • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
