Job Description
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. • Measure and report warehouse efficiency and employee performance. • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. • Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions. • Communicate job expectations and coach employees. • Determine staffing levels, assign workloads, and ensure timely completion of activities. • Interface with customers to resolve issues or provide information. • Maintain item records and documentation for warehouse operations. • Identify and implement improvements in work procedures and practices. • Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning.

Education
BS in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Experience Level
Proven experience as Warehouse Executive / Store In-Charge with strong supervisory and inventory control skills
