Job Description
• Lead and manage daily food production operations to achieve company targets. • Optimize production efficiency, yield, and cost control across departments. • Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and preventive maintenance programs. • Develop and launch new food products with the R&D and quality teams. • Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and workflow planning. • Mentor and guide production teams to maintain high morale and productivity. • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards (HACCP/ISO). • Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience Level
• 5–7 years of proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills. • Hands-on experience in production planning, process improvement, and quality control. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities. • Exposure to international or African food industry operations preferred.
