General Manager – Milling Plant
Job Description
• Manage end-to-end milling plant operations, including production, maintenance, and workforce planning. • Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and resources to achieve production targets. • Oversee plant management, cost control, and operational safety standards. • Lead process improvements for quality enhancement and operational efficiency. • Provide leadership and mentorship to plant teams, promoting safety and productivity culture. • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to ensure consistent and profitable operations.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering, or related field
Experience Level
Extensive experience in milling plant operations and management • Proven experience in milling operations (grain/flour/food processing industry preferred). • Strong understanding of milling processes, machinery, and plant systems. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. • Ability to implement process improvements and optimize plant efficiency. • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities.
