QA Head – Dairy Industry
Job Description
• Oversee QA operations for UHT milk production and related dairy processes. • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, testing protocols, and regulatory requirements. • Apply in-depth knowledge of testing methods, QA systems, and food safety compliance. • Identify and mitigate product defects through corrective and preventive measures. • Guide and train QA teams to strengthen quality culture and food safety practices. • Monitor and enhance production processes to maintain product consistency and compliance.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or related field
Experience Level
7+ years • Minimum 7 years of experience in dairy quality assurance, specifically UHT milk production. • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, food safety audits, and regulatory frameworks. • Proven leadership in managing QA teams and ensuring continuous quality improvement. • Excellent analytical and communication skills
