PET Automation Specialist (Mechanical) - Beverages / PET Bottle Manufacturing
Job Description
• Maintain and troubleshoot PET automation systems (Sidel / SACMI / KHS). • Lead preventive maintenance to ensure high line reliability. • Manage PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation backups. • Support continuous improvement projects and production efficiency. • Train and guide operators and maintenance engineers.
Education & Experience
Education
• Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering. • 5+ years of hands-on PET line operation and maintenance experience. • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Matrix blowers or Universal Series 2 and electronic fillers. • Working knowledge of Roll Quattro Labelers, Elau Pac Drives, Zenon Software, and Profibus.

5+ years of hands-on PET line experience
