Job Description
• Supervise daily production operations and manage plant teams. • Oversee injection moulding processes for plastics manufacturing. • Ensure optimal machine setup, performance, and output. • Coordinate shift operations, manpower, and maintenance schedules. • Drive production efficiency, safety compliance, and output quality.

Education & Experience
Education
• Diploma / CIPET / ITI in Plastics or related Engineering field. • Strong background in plastics production, moulding machines, and plant operations. • Hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machines preferred

5–10+ years as Production Shift In charge or Manager
