Production Officer – IML - Plastics / Injection Molding
Job Description
• Independently perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments. • Operate and maintain injection molding machines and IML robots. • Handle mold maintenance, hot runner systems, and automation interfaces. • Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans accurately. • Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to process specifications. • Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Education & Experience
Education
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Plastics Engineering. • Strong technical knowledge of injection molding and automation systems. • Hands-on expertise in IML technology preferred.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IML (In-Mold Labeling) Injection Molding operations
