Group HSE Deputy Manager (Non-Mining)
Job Description
• Implement and scale HSE culture and ESG initiatives across the Group • Roll out and maintain Management Systems; ensure due-diligence compliance • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Group QHSE standards and plans • Conduct periodic monitoring, inspections, and audit reporting • Track HSE control plans; identify corrective and preventive actions • Lead KRA/KPI updates, analysis, and performance reviews • Drive training programs; conduct audits and site inspections • Promote environmental & social good practices across units • Coach/Train business heads (BHs) on management system requirements • Facilitate culture-building initiatives and change management

Education & Experience
Education
Degree/Diploma in HSE/Environment/Industrial Safety or related field; certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH/ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred
Experience Level
8+ years in HSE across diversified (non-mining) businesses; French or Swahili language preferred
Additional Information
Strong French/Swahili proficiency will be an advantage; multi-site/multi-country HSE experience preferred.
