Production Manager - FMCG / Plastics / Packaging
Job Description
• Lead daily production activities ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing. • Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. • Optimize process parameters for PET preforms and HDPE closures manufacturing. • Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments. • Monitor material utilization and reduce production wastage. • Plan preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with engineering teams. • Prepare and present production performance reports to management.

Education
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or related field
Experience Level
8–15+ years of relevant experience in PET preforms and HDPE closures production
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates with prior Africa experience in FMCG or plastics manufacturing.
