Job Description
• Supervise daily plastic production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. • Manage manpower, materials, and machine utilization effectively. • Implement production plans and maintain preventive maintenance schedules. • Monitor production KPIs and identify areas for process improvement. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations. • Train and guide production teams for continuous improvement and skill development.

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (CIPET preferred)
Experience Level
Minimum 6–8 years in managing plastic manufacturing operations
