Deputy General Manager – Operations (Solar Business)
Job Description
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the solar business unit. • Manage solar project execution from design to commissioning, including battery storage systems. • Oversee procurement, vendor selection, logistics, quality and cost control. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, local partners and regulatory entities to ensure compliance and successful delivery. • Drive business growth into new markets, optimize resource utilization and establish operational excellence. • Report to senior leadership and present performance metrics, operational status and improvement plans.

Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field
Experience Level
