Store Manager (Supermarket)
Job Description
• Manage and oversee store operations, sales, and inventory management • Handle stores ranging between 5,000–25,000 sq. ft. • Lead customer service, billing, cash & inventory control • Monitor sales performance and ensure loss prevention / shrinkage control • Supervise product display, merchandising, and team training • Maintain accurate data using Excel and SAP • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards • Report daily sales and operational performance to management

Graduate in Business Administration / Retail Management / Commerce
Experience Level
10+ years total experience with at least 3+ years as an FMCG Supermarket Store Manager
