Inventory Manager

Job Description

• Manage and operate the company’s full Tally (Tele) accounting and inventory system including stocks, debtors, creditors, and purchase orders • Create and maintain reports for staff performance, sales, debtors, and costings • Oversee warehouse operations with subordinate staff handling daily work • Track and reconcile cash transfers and Visa transactions • Ensure accurate and timely stock data reconciliation across all systems • Maintain strong working knowledge of Tally (Tele) systems and ensure data accuracy • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) • Supervise inventory control, reconciliation, and financial record management
