Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Experience Level

• Prior experience working in Africa (mandatory) • Proven expertise in open-cast mining operations • Experience in managing large-scale mining projects and workforce teams • Strong knowledge of mining safety, productivity, and compliance standards • Ability to speak French (desirable) • Strong leadership and operational management skills • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities

Additional Information

Candidates with French-speaking skills and prior Africa mining exposure will be given preference.
