Job Description
• Lead maintenance improvement initiatives across mine and port operations • Implement best practices in asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and cost optimization • Drive performance improvements through data analysis and maintenance planning • Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to enhance efficiency • Support Phase II infrastructure expansion and commissioning • Ensure compliance with global HSE and operational standards • Global exposure with one of the world’s leading mining and steel groups

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Experience Level
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in heavy industry maintenance, preferably mining or ports • Proven expertise in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and improvement programs • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial expansion projects desirable
